To register for an account fill in the form on the registration page, where you will be asked to provide a secure username and password which you will need to re-enter to book and manage your translation projects.

If your personal information has changed or you need to update the information on your account – such as a new password – then you can change this information in the account settings section of your account.

To submit a new translation project, simply upload the document that you need translating with some information to the portal and the team will assign your project to the best suited translator.

The amount of time will depend on several factors including document length and target language. We will tell you how long it is going to take as soon as we have accepted the brief.

Costs shall vary depending on document length, language specified as well as how quickly you need it where we can offer an express service at increased cost for urgent document translations.

All translations need to be paid for in advance and we will not be able to begin working on your project until we have received the payment for the invoice in full, with payments accepted from debit and credit cards.

A standard translation is a document which you may use however you wish, however a certified translation is a document which has been stamped and certified for official use such as in court.

There may be a difference in price and delivery times between standard and certified translations, but we will first need to see the brief and document you need translated to be able to advise.

Our translators work hard to provide the best possible service, but if you are not happy with the results then you may contact a member of the customer service team and they will look into this for you.

All our translations are provided by human translation professionals so you will be connected with a linguist suitable for both your target language and subject matter, and you will never be connected to a machine.

We ask that customers upload their documents to be translated in either a Word or other editable document format, and not in a PDF, as our translators will need to access and edit the document.

We offer translation services for longer format texts, and if this is something you are interested in then we will ask you to upload your document to the cloud or use a file sharing device to send it to us.

When you book a certified translation then this translation will be certified – this means it has been stamped and approved for official use in professional proceedings including courts, notaries, or other official use.

Yes, you can. Many customers use our certified translation services for legal documents and as such they will be connected to one of our translators with legal knowledge in their chosen language.

Certified translations are suitable for official use for a number of purposes and could include legal documents, medical certificates, travel and immigration certificates among many more.

When you book a certified translation then a member of our certified translation team will complete the job, as they have the authority to be able to provide the certification certificate alongside the finished document.

When you work with Swift Translation Pro we will only ever work with human professionals, who will be able to accurately translate both meaning and sentiment for multiple documents and translation purposes.

If you need a document to be used in court, or for another official purpose such as a business negotiation or for medical reasons, then you may need a certified translation, but if you are unsure you can check with a member of our team.

The history of all the documents you have had translated with us are listed in your account, so you have a record of both translations completed as well as all invoices paid for accounting purposes.

If you only need a portion of a document translated then that is no problem – simply highlight in the upload which portion of the document you need translating and we will calculate the cost just on that portion.

Yes we do offer an express service, and in some cases if you need a document urgently we are able to get this back to you within 24 hours – however, this will depend on its length and subject matter as well.

A small number of revisions and edits shall be included as part of the quoted price, but if the customer asks for more words or an increased length translation then they will need to re-book and pay for the service.

The finished translation will be emailed to you in a widely recognisable file format so it can be read and edited on a multitude of devices – including Word and Google Docs.
